Mohammed Abubakar narrating his ordeal to El-Farooq.

The Inspector-General of Police, Ibrahim Idris, has been asked to mobilise his men to rescue kidnap victims who are still held hostage in kidnappers den in the bush along Abuja- Kaduna road.

A victim who escaped from the Kidnappers yesterday, Mohammed Abubakar, made the appeal in an interview with our corespondent in Abuja.

He explained that the kidnappers who were dressed in military uniform and masked, intercepted a commercial viehicle in which they were travelling around 1 pm on Wednesday, around Jere junction on the expressway and took them to the bush along Rijana village, from where he escaped yesterday.

In narating his ordeal, Abubakar said several innocent Nigerians are still held hostage in the same bush. He added that victims get killed once they declare the impossibility of having a ransom paid for them, either by family members or otherwise.
